What is Crash Replacement?

In the unfortunate event of a fall or accident-related impact, the forces exerted on the deck or components can lead to structural failure.

With Crash Replacement, you can replace damaged Chilli brand parts such as your deck, fork, T-bar, or components at a reduced price.

Crash Replacement is a voluntary service offered by Chilli Pro Scooters to replace damaged parts after an accident. Wear parts are not covered by this program. It is not available for third-party components, and we cannot guarantee that replacement parts will always be available in identical colors.

We can only accept crash replacement claims if we receive the proof of purchase and the serial number of the scooter, and if the scooter is registered with us in the product registration. If you make a crash replacement claim, your dealer or Chilli Pro Scooter AG will decide whether crash replacement can be offered.

How does Crash Replacement work?

Use the form to send us a description of the damage, photos, serial number, and your contact details. You may need to send your scooter to our workshop for a detailed inspection.

Our team will check everything and provide you with a quote for the replacement of the damaged parts.

Once this has been confirmed, we will send you the replacement product. All damaged parts that are replaced become the property of Chilli Pro Scooter and must be sent to us at your own expense before the order can be processed.

For smaller components such as axles or clamps, we may ask you to dispose of the damaged parts and send us proof of destruction* before the replacement parts are shipped.

Our workshop can also provide you with a cost estimate for replacing the damaged parts and repairing your scooter.

* e.g., sawing the clamp or axle.

Eligibility for Crash Replacement

Crash Replacement is only available to the original owner and is non-transferable. It can be used once within 2 years of the purchase date.

Crash Replacement is a like-for-like service. It is not possible to exchange between different models or sizes.

The replacement price cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.

Crash Replacement is not available to insurance companies or for insurance claims.

Accident replacement depends on your shipping location and the availability of parts.
